Ian was our neighbor in Hermosa Beach and ended up helping my wife and me find and buy our new home. We initially weren’t even considering leaving Hermosa, but Ian encouraged us to expand our search a little and found us a fully renovated townhome very close by in Redondo Beach that checked pretty much every box. Thankfully we’re still close to work, our gym, friends, and everything we loved about living in Hermosa, but we were able to get a home that was a much better fit for us. A few issues came up during the inspections, and Ian negotiated with the seller to get all of the repairs taken care of before closing.
